Myrna Mejia

Myrna is a Tax Manager at Sassetti LLC and brings over 15 years of experience to the firm.  Myrna originally began her career at SMART Business Advisory & Consulting in the Chicago branch as a tax accountant and consultant.  She later moved to the private sector working for a Fortune 500 company before joining Sassetti. Her areas of industry focus include privately held businesses, high net worth individuals, and not-for-profit organizations.

Education and Associations

Myrna graduated from Governors State University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

Personal Touch

Outside of the office, Myrna enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children.  As a family, they like to travel and explore the outdoors (especially through hiking).  Myrna also is an avid reader so when she’s not out walking trails, you’ll find her with a book and a cup of coffee.
