What is the most valuable lesson you’ve learned in your career so far?
People with emotional intelligence make great leaders. Everyone would wholeheartedly follow them, learn the most from them, and enjoy working with them. Also, try to build genuine connections instead of just having surface-level conversations.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
Be yourself, pretending to be someone you are not exhausting to the soul.
