PCAOB Audits
Our goal is to help satisfy the needs of private equity or venture capital investors, internal boards, and the public marketplace. Sassetti provides complete support to smaller reporting companies for those preparing for the public marketplace and generally project support to mid-size or larger public companies. For larger entities, we provide accounting outsourcing, tax accruals and assist with clean-up or other projects that might be an independence concern with their auditor. We can support clients in a variety of industries but examples of some clients include; manufacturing, distribution, franchisors, broker/dealers, technology, and form 11-K benefit plans.
