Our SEC Client Base

Our goal is to help satisfy the needs of private equity or venture capital investors, internal boards, and the public marketplace. Sassetti provides complete support to smaller reporting companies and generally project support to mid-size or larger public companies. For larger entities, we provide accounting outsourcing, assist with clean-up or other projects that might be an independence concern with their auditor. We can support clients in any industry, but examples of some clients include; manufacturing, distribution, franchisors, broker/dealers, technology, and form 11-K benefit plans.
