Q&A
Make a prediction about your industry or the clients you serve.
Creating great long-form content, supported by short-form is the recipe for success. I believe in 10 years that Google and YouTube will be unchallenged in their model of paying creators more than they receive in revenue, ability to advertise on relevant videos/channels, and reaching new and existing clients once you understand their algorithm. Users are rewarded for good content that leads into essentially free advertising as you get paid along the way for your efforts. Places like TikTok or Instagram/Facebook struggle to keep advertisers happy because short-form content is incredibly difficult to monetize and placing ads on a 5 second video for a certain creator doesn’t work.
What drew you to Sassetti?
I’m approaching the time in my career where I’ve experienced what I enjoy and don’t want for my future years. Sassetti checks more boxes than I originally had for a great career path. The people, the culture, the support, and resources are far beyond what I thought was possible and I’m thankful we found one another.
Describe your work style.
My work style can be best defined by my ability to collaborate, visualize ideas, and produce high-quality content quickly. If there’s a skill that I would define as a weakness, I focus on rounding out those skills to add to my media arsenal so no task is unaccomplishable.
What piece of advice would you give to someone starting out in your field?
