Amy joined Sassetti in 2022, bringing over two decades of management and human resources experience from multiple industries to the firm. Amy is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management and holds the Certified Professional designation. Amy has been providing human resources support to clients since 2014 and is dedicated to delivering excellent service. Having established HR departments and implementing tech stacks for multiple companies, Amy is well-versed in the HR space. Also, as the Manager of People and Culture at Sassetti, Amy works closely with the partner group and the leadership team providing insight into all things HR. Amy oversees training and development, the HR technology stack, rewards and compensation, benefits administration, and talent acquisition. An active member with the BDO Alliance, she leads and facilitates a monthly HR Roundtable, providing answers, support, and guidance to fellow HR professionals.
Cecilia Kohn
Human Resources Generalist
Cecilia joined Sassetti in 2022 to assist the Human Resources department and the Advisory Services team. With over 20 years of client service and management experience, Cecilia is currently studying for Society for Human Resources Management exam to earn her SHRM-CP designation. Cecilia is an active member of the BDO Alliance DEI Roundtable and Sassetti’s internal DEI committee. She is also a member of the BDO Alliance Training and Development and Recruiting Roundtables. Cecilia’s recent projects include the implementation of a learning management system and building the foundation for multiple learning paths to provide growth and opportunities for team members. Cecilia is currently developing a manager training program where she is utilizing multiple vendors for content and is formalizing the process through the company’s LMS.
